Il y en a pour tous les go\u00fbts !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Courgettes lacto-ferment\u00e9es<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00c9plucher partiellement les courgettes et les r\u00e2per. Remplir la moiti\u00e9 du bocal de courgettes, rajouter un peu de gros sel et quelques lamelles d&#8217;ail (selon les go\u00fbts). Une fois cuites et \u00e9goutt\u00e9es, les faire revenir dans l&#8217;huile d&#8217;olive avec de l&#8217;ail, de l&#8217;oignon, du sel et des \u00e9pices barbecue. Rajouter de la sauce tomate et laisser mijoter le temps de continuer les pr\u00e9parations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pour la b\u00e9chamel : faire chauffer de l&#8217;huile d&#8217;olive, rajouter de la farine pour obtenir le roux puis d\u00e9layer avec du lait de soja avant de laisser \u00e9paissir le m\u00e9lange. Sel, poivre, muscade.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les courgettes sont taill\u00e9es en lamelles gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 un couteau \u00e9conome. Les d\u00e9poser dans le plat huil\u00e9 au pr\u00e9alable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">D\u00e9poser ensuite une couche de sauce bolo, de la b\u00e9chamel puis \u00e0 nouveau des lamelles de courgette, de la sauce bolo et b\u00e9chamel. Je termine avec des fines tranches de parmesan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Laisser cuire une trentaine de minutes \u00e0 180\u00b0.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Des courgettes en bocal<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00c9plucher partiellement les courgettes. Les couper finement (j&#8217;ai utilis\u00e9 le robot). Remuer quelques instants avant de rajouter un fond d&#8217;eau, un peu de sel et des herbes. Couvrir et laisser mijoter tout en surveillant et remuant de temps en temps.
