Cela varie en fonction de ce qu&#8217;il y a au jardin et dans les placards !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mais la base est toujours la m\u00eame : <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>je fais revenir de l&#8217;oignon ou de l\u2019\u00e9chalote et de l&#8217;ail dans l&#8217;huile d&#8217;olive<\/li><li>j&#8217;y rajoute les l\u00e9gumes tels que des carottes et des poireaux  et des lentilles pr\u00e9cuites (celles que j&#8217;ai dans le placard, brunes, blondes, corails, peu importe. Je les fais pr\u00e9cuire jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 environ  min avant la cuisson compl\u00e8te )<\/li><li>je mets du gingembre frais r\u00e2p\u00e9 si j&#8217;en ai sous la main<\/li><li>j\u2019assaisonne avec du sel piment\u00e9, du curry, de la coriandre et\/ou du piment<\/li><li>je compl\u00e8te avec de l&#8217;eau et de la sauce tomate maison. Parfois je vers aussi du lait de coco en fin de cuisson.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Et je laisse mijoter ! <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Je cuisine \u00e0 part du riz pilaf ( je fais revenir de l&#8217;oignon et le riz dans de l\u2019huile avant de rajouter l&#8217;eau).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sur la photo, j&#8217;ai agr\u00e9ment\u00e9 le plat avec des feuilles d&#8217;\u00e9pinard frais.
