{"id":504,"date":"2022-02-12T11:02:14","date_gmt":"2022-02-12T10:02:14","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/celineyoganature.fr\/?p=504"},"modified":"2022-02-12T11:02:14","modified_gmt":"2022-02-12T10:02:14","slug":"kebab-vegetarien","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/celineyoganature.fr\/?p=504","title":{"rendered":"Kebab v\u00e9g\u00e9tarien"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ingr\u00e9dients pour 2 kebabs: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>pain &#8220;pita&#8221;  :  je les ach\u00e8te, mais j&#8217;essaierai un jour de les confectionner moi-m\u00eame \ud83d\ude42<\/li><li>crudit\u00e9s selon l&#8217;inspiration et la saison : carottes, c\u00e9leri, betterave, salade, oignon rouge, chou vert ou rouge &#8230;.<\/li><li>pour la sauce : <ul><li>1 yaourt de lait de soja<\/li><li>1 cc de pur\u00e9e de s\u00e9same<\/li><li>\u00e9pices et herbes (selon les go\u00fbts : coriandre, sel, poivre, piment, etc)<\/li><li>jus d&#8217;un demi citron<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li>\u00e9minc\u00e9 de seitan : j&#8217;avais au cong\u00e9lateur des saucisses de seitan faites maison pr\u00e9par\u00e9e selon la recette de La F\u00e9e St\u00e9phanie . J&#8217;en profite pour vous recommander son site, car il est une source d&#8217;inspiration culinaire pour la v\u00e9g\u00e9tarienne que je suis.<\/li><li>ail, oignon, \u00e9pices barbecue<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Je fais colorer dans la po\u00eale de l&#8217;ail et de l&#8217;oignon dans de l&#8217;huile d&#8217;olive. Je rajoute ensuite l&#8217;\u00e9minc\u00e9 de seitan et des \u00e9pices barbecue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Je pr\u00e9pare en parall\u00e8le la sauce blanche en  m\u00e9langeant  la cc de pur\u00e9e de s\u00e9same avec le jus d&#8217;un demi citron.
