J&#8217;ai toujours du riz dans le placard, il me reste du tofu nature ferme et la coriandre est tr\u00e8s belle.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour faire ce plat simple : <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>on pr\u00e9pare un riz pilaf en faisant revenir de l&#8217;ail et du gingembre frais r\u00e2p\u00e9 dans de l&#8217;huile d&#8217;olive. On rajoute ensuite le riz qu&#8217;on assaisonne avec un sel piment\u00e9. Quand le riz est translucide on rajoute de l&#8217;eau et apr\u00e8s les premiers bouillons on laisse cuire tranquillement.<\/li><li>pendant ce temps, on \u00e9mince les poireaux que l&#8217;on fait revenir et fondre dans une sauteuse. On peut y mettre de la ciboulette chinoise et de la coriandre fra\u00eeche. On laisse r\u00e9duire avec un couvercle.<\/li><li>on coupe le tofu nature ferme en d\u00e9s et on le m\u00e9lange avec de l&#8217;huile d&#8217;olive, de la sauce soja, des graines de s\u00e9same, des \u00e9pices \u00e0 barbecue et un soup\u00e7on de sirop d&#8217;agave.
