Les \u00e9paules se placent ainsi basses et en arri\u00e8re en ouverture. Ce redressement induit \u00e9galement la perception d&#8217;une colonne en suspension sous la t\u00eate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La sensation de non effort dans cette ouverture et son amplitude d\u00e9pendent de la libert\u00e9 de mouvement de la colonne vert\u00e9brale, de la cage thoracique et de la ceinture scapulaire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cette libert\u00e9 de mouvement \u00e9volue en fonction de la souplesse de la ceinture, de la tonicit\u00e9 de adducteurs des omoplates et de la possible \u00e9l\u00e9vation du manubrium.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p appelle aussi \u00e0 l&#8217;\u00e9coute de ses capacit\u00e9s du moment pour ne pas aller au-del\u00e0 de ce qui vous est possible. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Portez un attention particuli\u00e8re au cours de cette s\u00e9ance \u00e0 cette partie du corps pour mieux appr\u00e9hender encore la libert\u00e9 offerte par le mouvement, l&#8217;inspiration et
