Bras en rotation externe. Possibilit\u00e9 de lever la jambe en arri\u00e8re le pied vers le ciel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sur l&#8217;Expire on abaisse la t\u00eate vers la poitrine tout en laisser le dos s&#8217;\u00e9lever. Aspirer le ventre pour bomber au mieux la r\u00e9gion lombaire. Pression des mains dans le sol comme si on voulait tirer le sol vers l&#8217;avant (ant\u00e9pulsion).Bras en rotation interne. Les \u00e9paules reculent, la poitrine et les aisselles descendent vers le sol. La pliure se fait au niveau du haut du dos. Nuque et t\u00eate restent dans le prolongement&nbsp; du dos. Une fois install\u00e9: sur l\u2019Inspire, continuer la pouss\u00e9e des mains dans le sol vers l&#8217;avant en observant l&#8217;assouplissement du haut du dos et des \u00e9paules et laisser encore descendre la poitrine et le visage vers le sol. Sur l&#8217;Expire: rel\u00e2chement des tensions. Possibilit\u00e9 de lever les talons ou plier un peu genoux si les ischio-jambiers sont trop raides. Retour \u00e0 quatre pattes. Fessiers sur talons,&nbsp; ventre sur les cuisses, front au sol, mains aux pieds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Visualisez un chien qui s&#8217;\u00e9tire. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Maintenant, \u00e0 vous de jouer Pendant l&#8217;inspiration, toutes les tensions se rel\u00e2chent. R\u00e9p\u00e9ter 6 fois ce geste puis poser doucement les deux mains sur le sternum et sentir l&#8217;effet produit. Intervertir la position des mains. La paume droite et tourner vers l&#8217;ext\u00e9rieur. R\u00e9p\u00e9ter encore 6 fois. Puis rester un moment en silence. Proposition de visualisation: visualisation de la couleur rouge (activation de l&#8217;\u00e9l\u00e9ment feu): une mosa\u00efque, un mandala ou un tapis aux diff\u00e9rentes nuances de rouge.
