Reliant le tronc aux membres inf\u00e9rieurs,  cette ceinture joue un r\u00f4le important dans la locomotion et le portage du corps, agissant comme un stabilisateur qui limite et s\u00e9curise nos mouvements. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Elle est constitu\u00e9e du sacrum et les os iliaques et joue un r\u00f4le essentiel dans la posture et le mouvement. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Son ouverture et sa libert\u00e9 se r\u00e9v\u00e8lent avec  l\u2019extension de la hanche (allongement des fl\u00e9chisseurs de hanches\u00a0: iliaque et psoas principalement mais \u00e9galement le droit ant\u00e9rieur).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La ceinture pelvienne \u00e9voque \u00e9galement le si\u00e8ge du Muladhara chakra ou chakra racine. Ce centre \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique est associ\u00e9 \u00e0 notre connexion \u00e0 la terre, \u00e0 notre s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et \u00e0 notre stabilit\u00e9.
